服務態度很好，中午一點回來準備休息到2點退房，房卡卻開不了門，又到一樓服務枱刷卡上樓還是開不了門，又返回找陳經理，講明情況，經理上樓開也沒開開，經理找保潔阿姨才刷卡開了，經理連連道歉並表示延時3點退房，真心態度很好，下午3點退房還給了個小禮品，不錯，下次還住海上海！

房間是真的差，到處都是壞的，大概是裝修時間久了，衞生間設施用具老化嚴重。覺得不值這個價。服務一般。停車場還行。
