家裡來親戚了住不下，就在酒店住了兩晚，老開元酒店遠近聞名，帶親戚來住也很有面子。前台小羅服務走心，主動詢問我們的要求喜好，給我們安排了8號房，很大的落地窗房間也很寬敞，房間無異味，酒店雖然年紀大，但是服務和衞生是極好的，家裡親戚很滿意！

首先，酒店的服務十分周到，工作人員個個都彬彬有禮，設施設備也很完善。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔。特別是前台的服務員小何特別的友善，他會主動詢問我們對房間的要求，按我們的要求排房間，非常的為顧客着想，退房都回家幾天了，最後聯繫到酒店小何，還幫我補開了發票。

出來遊玩，提前預訂好了房間，到店後前台妹妹小賈很快就辦理了入住手續，安排的房間也很寬敞，退房時小賈還熱情幫忙寄存行李，在這裏住了2天體驗感很不錯，晚上也休息得很好，下次出來還會選擇這家酒店住，感覺温馨。
