房間很大，帶2個小朋友住的3人間，一家四口住着也不擠。就是設施稍微有點老舊，不過這個價格也沒什麼挑剔的了。

房間大小合適，衞生不錯，設施齊全，附近是美食一條街，吃飯特別方便，還有便利店和水果店，主要離高鐵站也近，坐車幾分鐘，挺滿意的。

衞生：打掃的還是比較乾淨，床品潔凈，衞生條件可以
設施：有五層都是客房，房間還挺多，但衹配一個電梯，運載力差點，有點打擠
服務：保安大叔很敬業，盡職盡責態度也好，前台辦入住的態度差點，扣一顆星

五一去綿陽，定的這個房間真的是！！！大煞風景！！！！！房間就在電梯旁邊，電梯沒到一層樓，就有叮咚，叮咚兩聲，從我們9點入住，電梯的聲音一直持續到凌晨3點才消停一會兒，6點左右又開始響，一晚上根本無法入睡！！！！停車巨難，先打電話了，説讓我們在路邊等，等了半天沒來，後來又打電話才來帶我們去很遠的地方停車，另外，這個酒店就在一個菜市場的樓上，早上五六點就開始不斷有叫賣聲，根本無法入睡，樓下就是夜市，晚上巨吵！！！！氣死我了

周圍都是吃的，很有煙火氣息，但是自駕就別去了，有個簡易停車場，不好停車，旁邊就是市場。服務態度很好，但是硬件就那樣了，特別是家庭房，挨着電梯，櫃子上全是灰，如果你想感受不間斷的電梯鈴聲一定要選家庭房。早餐非常的簡約，可以管飽。
