前幾次綿陽都住這個酒店，感覺還不錯。這次給人留下了極不好的印象。前台服務員態度極其惡劣，黑起一張臉，就像是我們住店不付錢一樣，問什麼都不願意回答，多説二句，就打頂張，早上八點多還在睡覺，退房叫幾次才起來，打擾了她睡覺，不高興，從來沒有遇見過這樣服務態度，太掃了。房間床墊太陳舊了，不知道是哪一年的，坐下去一個凹，睡一晚上腰痠背痛。再也不會去這家酒店了。

先説房間環境不錯，打掃的也很乾凈，設施很齊全，服務特別好，我把訂房時間填錯了，頁面顯示不能取消訂單，我就給前台打電話，前台就幫我備註了一下，沒影響第二天入住，這讓我們一家人都很高興……停車也是免費的，還有免費早餐，大廳有洗衣機，烘乾機，太方便了關，鍵是價格還不貴，下次來綿陽還會入住。
