This hotel truly embodies the meaning of 'heartwarming'! Doreen, the lady at the front desk, had such a warm smile. She proactively helped us with our luggage and thoughtfully recommended local snacks nearby. The buffet breakfast in the morning was incredibly rich and satisfying, with freshly baked pastries that were crispy and fragrant, and warm congee paired with refreshing side dishes – a perfect start to the day. The room was spotlessly clean, making us feel completely at ease. There was a variety of pillows, all at just the right height. The smart toilet in the bathroom was a lazy person's dream, and the soft-light vanity mirror made applying makeup a breeze. Even the bath towels and bathrobes were soft and smelled delightful. My weary mind and body, tired from a business trip, were instantly rejuvenated here!
