Front desk personal is nice, however the cleaning personal needs some training, as they accessed my room twice during a 4 night stay even with the do not disturb sign on the door!
Breakfast is decent but if it is crowded, do not bother ordering a coffee since they wont bring it if you were lucky enough to be able to even request one.
The hotel is also staring to need a renovation or at least a mild face wash. Overall it is a bit oldish, but at least my room had some issues, door handle was loose, a coat hanger missing, wall paper ripped in one spot…

Non è possibile che un albergo 4 stelle, nel 2024 non abbia NULLA per la colazione per chi è intollerante al glutine. Premesso che nel tardo pomeriggio avevo avvertito della mia intolleranza al glutine e lattosio,la mattina seguente ho dovuto rinunciare alla colazione. Suggerisco di comprare qualche snack da proporre all’occorrenza, o del pancarrè senza glutine, magari lo si può congelare……praticamente vi suggerisco l’ABC. Aggiungo inoltre che l’Albergo è fatiscente o almeno lo era la mia camera!

La splendida posizione di questo albergo è ormai l'unica nota positiva di una struttura ferma agli anni '80/'90. Gli interni e gli arredamenti non vengono evidentemente riammodernati da anni. Avevo una singola, il letto da una piazza e mezza era l'unico plus: il bagno aveva sanitari scrostati, l'asse del gabinetto non viene sostituito da tempo ed è scrostato pure lui. La doccia ha un box che fatica ad aprirsi e chiudersi e l'acqua non defluisce dal sifone fermandosi nel piatto doccia. Non c'era nemmeno una sedia e per lavorare al computer dovevo avvicinare il tavolo al letto. Anche la colazione era davvero povera, salame e prosciutto e uova sode come parte salata, nessuna brioches fresca, solo dei miseri e piccolissimi croissant (vuoti), qualche ciambellone indrustriale, nulla di fresco. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile.

Un bellissimo palazzo, per cui ci si aspetta un albergo all'altezza....niente di più errato. Così come una attempata ed appassita signora ottantenne mostra i segni di un passato segnato da una splendente bellezza, così l'albergo quattro stagioni porta solo le tracce di un passato glorioso, giacchè tutto, arredi, camere, accessori, denotano trascuratezza ed abbandono. Non è 4 stelle, nemmeno 3...forse 2 stelle. Da dimanticare. NB. Si salva l'estrema cortesia, gentilezza ed accoglienza di Marco che ringrazio sentitamente.

Se siete alla ricerca di un hotel 2 stelle allora questo è quello giusto!!!!! Arredamento vecchissimo….. bagni ancora peggio.. colazione no comment…. Sentivano dalla cucina tossire e sputare….. di conseguenza ci è passata anche la fame …. la nota positiva è la super gentilezza del receptionist. Peccato considerato la posizione e la bellezza dell edificio.
