Magnolia Hotel

Rooms were okay. We asked for an iron but there was no ironing board

The hotel and its management demonstrate a lack of consideration for the surrounding environment and the people affected by their actions. There appears to be little to no awareness or respect for the impact they have on the area in which they operate. The atmosphere is often disrupted by excessive noise, which seems to stem from a desire to display superiority or entitlement. This behaviour creates an uncomfortable environment for guests and neighbouring residents alike. When concerns have been raised, management has shown little interest in addressing them. Complaints are routinely ignored, and the management's attitude has been described as rude and dismissive. Given the inadequate service and lack of responsiveness from management, the experience was so disappointing that I would have preferred to sleep in my car rather than stay at this hotel.

Useless, loud and noisy guests. Hotel Managers does nothing to loud bikes and music at any given time of day. They are rude and do not responde to complaints

This hotel is a mess, other guests makes noise and managment does not do anything about it. Will not recommend this hotel at all

1 night business stay Clean, nice apartments in the hotel. Good location to golf course and business area in Middelburg. Will go back again! Breakfast also good value!

Nice place Beautiful property, well maintained and landscaped. Rooms are spacious. Bed was terribly uncomfortable - could be replaced! Staff was nice; housekeeping staff did a great job. We didn't eat here, but the menu looked good!
