Clean property and overall ok stay. The biggest downside is the lack of air-conditioning or any ventilation in bedroom, making it extremely difficult to sleep.

This apartment is not worth your money! No hot water, no towel rail, chips in the paint work everywhere plus water damage and no decor at all in the space. So glad I only booked one nite in this terrible place.

Ruim appartement op half uurtje rijden van centrum Perth. Wat problemen bij het boeken, ook omdat we aan de late kant waren. Goede service. Duidelijke instructies hoe deur te openen komen op 1e dag van de huur. Eigen wasmachine en droger. Goed werkende keuken. Prima airco. Lekkere stoelen op balkon. Prima bedden. Prima douche. Eigen parkeerplaats met code voor toegangspoort. Kortom, prima en betaalbaar. Gemakkelijk en gratis parkeren kn bij Botanic Gardens

I have asked for a full refund as the bed was full of bed bugs and I was unable to stay. The had to return to my home as was unable to secure an additional booking nor contact the property on the night to change rooms
