Checkin was easy, the clerks were friendly and helpful, our room was ready & decent, the pool hours were great for our family, breakfast was good, parking was convenient.

Your staff is always very nice and professional. You have this one woman who works the breakfast almost every day that I have been there. Her name is Robyn. She is always exceptional. I have probably stayed at this Hampton Inn 20-30 times over the last five or six years. Don’t remember how long Robyn has been there, but she is always helpful and professional and kind. She keeps the food area, spotless, and extremely well stocked. I hope your company recognizes her for all that she does, and how she makes your customers feel welcome.

I don't think I have ever written a review for a hotel before, but here's why I am writing one now. So, I have probably stayed in over 100 hotels over the years for work, etc. I stayed here for a week while in town for work. I can honestly say that the customer service at this place was awesome. Like I haven't seen for years. Jason the manager was super engaging and responsive, as was the rest of the staff. Yes, the pillows were not the best. Show me a hotel that has great pillows. But I did not see any signs of bugs, the rooms and linens were clean, and the hotel was well maintained.

The best part was the free full hot breakfast, our pillows were awful flat as a pancake, asked for another one same thing, had to go to front desk and beg the the cleaning lady to come in and change towels, other than that it was good, friendly, clean
