DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! Stains on the curtains, stains on the sheets, dirty bathroom and dirty room! I will NEVER stay here again. The elevator was broken when we visited. I tried to get some money back because the room was so awful and the elevator was broken and was told I was given the option to cancel for a full refund when I checked in. I was NEVER told I could get a refund. The hotel manager I spoke with was rude. If it wasn’t for the fact that everywhere else was booked up, I would have stayed somewhere else!

Not a clean place, the elevators weren’t working and had to track it up 3 flights after a long days work. To walk into the room I was given and a large man passed out in the bed, decided to turn around and go sit at the airport. No thank you never again

We were going to use their parking service on March 19, 2026. My wife had called few times with some questions. Keep in mind we've used that service before and we're aware of the process. My wife verified we where on the list for an 8 o'clock shuttle to the airport. We got there at 7:20 and went in to verify we were there. The lady asked for a confirmation #. We were never given one over the phone. She proceeds to tell us we can't park there for free. We know that...but then she says as of January 1st we have to pay over Way. You can't pay at the desk. You would think someone would have told us that over the phone 1 of the 3 times my wife called. She told us we can't park for free 3 times. Very rude employee. I expected that when I saw how she treated the customer in front of us. Never again...

This is a great option for an early or late flight. There is a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, versus some hotels only runs every hour. Also, there is a restaurant/bar on property. Rooms are spacious and staff was extremely friendly.

Check-in. Did not get balcony that I paid for. Walking out of main entrance to car, slipped and fell on ground right in front of sliding doors A small mat was there but did not cover the whole area. They salted it, but when my hand hit the ground it was greasy. So obviously it was something else. Shuttle driver was right there and never said a word. Room- toilet had a urine spot on the seat. The seat was positioned up, so don't know how they could have missed the spot right there. The drapes and blinds had marks on them. No paper cups for the coffee or bathroom . Pool was closed, even though it looked clean. Parking lot was very full, however, hotel seemed empty. Restaurant/bar looked nice, but didn't eat here. Hotel is very dated. This hotel is convenient to airport,and restaurants and probably good for an overnight stay, but not much more than that. They did provide complimentary late check out.

The convenient location is the only redeeming feature. Everything else needs a complete overhaul - property, rooms, service, staff, and most of all management.. I used to stay here 20+ years ago. Seems nothing has been updated since. The staff with a couple of exception seem to stopped trying. It was so bad, the night manager is not given a key to access supplies! Wow. If you don't trust him why have him.

I booked through *******. The dates changed in the app and I did not catch it until I got the confirmation. I tried changing the dates as soon as it booked no one would change the dates - not ******* and not the hotel. So I lost the entire payment because the wrong date was booked
