Front desk is the worst. Waiting 5 minutes for someone to even come to the desk. It took her another 5 minutes to figure out my reservation. She kept walking away and then talking to someone else. Then she gave me the wrong room key. When I got the right one the room was the wrong room. I went back and another girl changed it. 30 minutes later and I was in the room. I travel 200 days a year and this was the worst.

The hotel itself is clean and new. But staff is not as friendly. I never write reviews but on this one I had to. We as a soccer team selected this hotel. We try to always select a Marriott. We were sitting in the lobby and conversating normal decibels. A front lady came and told us we need to be quieter as they cannot hear guest checking in…..we were surprised. Again we were not loud and rowdy. If you’re a family with travel sports, I would not choose this hotel as they do not want anyone hanging out in the lobby. I definitely understand if we were a group that were unruly. But you have a loo y set up with a TV for people to gather and yet you don’t want people there.

This hotel had a very welcoming staff and was in a great location. There is a ***** mall in walking distance that has different restaurants. Very convenient location to the airport. My only complaint was the pillows were awful and it was difficult sleeping. They would become flat in a minute. The breakfast buffet was not that good for the price of the hotel.

The property was clean and the front desk and breakfast team was extremely nice. The breakfast was great and offered different hot specialty options daily along with the standard breakfast. This is perfect for my kids who don’t eat the same thing daily. Only issues were asked one of the housekeepers for extra towels and was told “no”, and the parking fills up quickly. I do recommend the property for your next stay

Residence Inn in Middleburg Heights was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast area was roomy, clean, and well stocked. The design of the room was well thought out although if I had wanted to use the kitchenette I think there should have been a light over the sink.
