The location and facilities of the hotel are good, but the service is so-so. We booked two rooms, and my eldest daughter's room was not cleaned once in 4 days from check-in to check-out. The Indian waiters were so lazy. We complained to the front desk but there was no response. The service quality cannot be compared with that in China!

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to both MIT and Harvard. The breakfast is plentiful. The rooms are large; the sofa beds can comfortably accommodate four people, making it suitable for family trips. There's been some construction noise outside recently, but overall, it was a very good experience.

As good as always, no matter the environment or supporting facilities, my daughter stayed here during all holidays during her school years, it feels like home💖

The living experience is not bad. You can cook some simple meals by yourself. There is a self-service washing machine, which is more convenient for laundry. Shopping is not so convenient, but the hotel has a free shuttle bus to the nearby supermarket. The breakfast is a bit monotonous. It is a simple American breakfast. Overall, it is good good

The hotel is very new, the room is very comfortable, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, and the breakfast is one of the more delicious free breakfasts. Everything was originally a good experience...but I booked a one-bedroom suite, and the wardrobe in the room was blocked behind the bedroom door, so I forgot to check the closet when I checked out, and there was a set of clothes hanging in it that I didn't take away. I found it that night and immediately contacted the hotel and they said they didn't find it. I went there in person the next morning and still couldn't find it. I called to confirm a week later and still couldn't find it. Because it can be confirmed that the clothes are 100% hanging in the closet, it can only be that someone took it away. This closet needs to be placed in the sheets, quilts, blankets, etc. needed for the sofa bed in the room. We must have put them back after using them before, so I don't think the cleaning staff will forget to clean up the closet and cause it to be taken away by the next guest. So, so, everything is beautiful. I was depressed for a long time because of this incident. I can only remind everyone to check more when checking out.

There is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. The supermarket opens at 8 am. There is a Chinese restaurant for breakfast next to the supermarket. The transportation is convenient. The small kitchen in the room can be used for cooking.

Every time I visit my children, I stay here. There is a kitchen with complete utensils for cooking, which satisfies my and my children's Chinese appetites. There is a washing machine downstairs. There is also a simple breakfast.

This hotel was recently redone, and it is nice and cleaned up. It’s more of a type of hotel that people who are business professionals, or have other reasons that rent out a room for a month or an extended period of time. I had absolutely no complaints
