Travelodge Manchester Birch M62 Eastbound

Lost a nights sleep due to the racket and music coming from above our room. It went on for hours well into the early morning.

Very pleased with the over all experience will stay again staff are very good and helpful happy to recomemd to friends and family

I always stay here if I have an early morning flight. It's spotlessly clean, has all the basic essentials for a comfortable stay. It's only a 30 minute run to the airport also.

No toilet rolls on checking. Told by cleaning staff member that they were waiting for a delivery. Left to see concert. Arrived back late but journey was direct from city center and saved us approx £100 compared to city center hotel. Distance was 12 miles from concert. Bed was clean but VERY soft. In morning found no shower gel or soap in the dispensers. Spoke with another cleaning staff member who said again that they were waiting for a delivery. I asked if it was the same delivery that was bringing the toilet rolls yesterday.... Good hotel but lacks attention to details.

Very friendly,always someone on hand if you needed then and went out of there way to help me get to the airport in the middle of the night

Grim - avoid if possible Checked in ok once the receptionist had stopped talking to her friend. Room was either freezing or stifling hot when heating turned on . Couldn't find a happy medium. Just about passable for clean if your standards are low. No hot water for shower in the morning and no water at all in the sink from the hot water tap. No one on reception when we walked past so difficult to complain. Would stay elsewhere next time and avoid Travelodge if I can, not that they care.

Amazing stay! Chloe and Kelly on reception were really good help, they was there whenever needed. The housekeepers both called Michelle got me extra towels and changed bins for me whenever I asked. Such a clean hotel and smiles all round from staff. Will defiantly recommend staying here.

Amazing every time I come. Especially Aleesha who booked me in. 5* staff are amazing, if they can't help you. Problem will be resolved and make the trip to your room for reassurance. Definitely come back again. Affordable and peaceful. Aleesha your a credit to the company. Thank you.
