The hotel is in the small town of Middleton, surrounded by shopping malls, and Walmart is right opposite, which is very convenient. Next to it is TEXAS ROAD HOUSE, the portions are generous and much cheaper than in Shanghai.

My only complaint was the bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable pillows flatten fast. That’s just my personal preference.

Hotel is brand new and immaculately kept. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. Overall fantastic stay.

This was a trip to see family over New Year's weekend. We stayed five nights. We had housekeeping one day, and when I went down to ask for four bath towels on the 4th day, the front desk clerk said, "That's a lot of towels!" We emptied our own trash, made our own beds, and re-used towels for three days. Staff was unfailingly polite (except for that one incident about the towels), and we were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the breakfast buffet area. All in all it was a good trip in a lovely hotel, but it could have been better.

The motor in the air conditioner unit made a loud noise ALL night long. The AC/Heat was not even on but the LOUD motor ran all night, I was unable to sleep over the noise. Front desk was not helpful in this matter.
