Have Titanium Elite status with Marriott. Too often I’m treated like it’s the first time I’ve stayed at a Marriott property — barely an acknowledgement of my status and rarely receive the room type I prefer. (As an aside, Marriott Corp., do you really think that the type of pillow a traveler prefers should be one of the three options in their profile? Talk about not knowing what your customers really want.) No difference on this occasion. Plus, the fitness center is more like a junkyard - 2 of 5 machines were out of order, the center was decrepit and dingy.
