This is the first time I have been charged to park at the same hotel I was renting a room with. Whats up with that? We also requested a 4:30am wake up call as we had a flight to catch at 6:30, thank goodness we set am alarm on our phones cause we never received a call from the front desk.

Your hotel sucks! I reserved 2 rooms and came in to check in at 10pm and they said 1 room is still dirty and no housekeeping on site. What a joke. Then they gave me one room with one bed for 4 people to make up for it and charge me $259.00. What a bad hotel!!

Hotel was in decent condition. Nice staff. Room was clean. Bed was noisy, air conditioner was loud and the shower had no water pressure.

Everything was great, customer service was excellent! Only complaint is our shower had ZERO hot water. Luckily our sons rooms were all together and we showered in one of their rooms!! We would stay here again.

Pool was filthy. Didn’t have a restaurant it was a bar that served some food. Staff was great!
