Arrived to check in at 7:00 pm. Stood at the front desk for well over 15 minutes. Another guest came in and said, you need to bang on the window, they will just ignore you otherwise. I had been saying hello - and looking around. Finally found a lady on a computer. When I poked my head around the corner and said "Hello" she did not respond. She did not say 1 single word to me during check in. I had to come back down because our pull out couch had no pillow, no blankets, no sheets. Again, did not say a word to me. Room was gross, dirty. We stayed for 3 nights, one day they put fresh towels in our room, but that was it. Over the course of 3 days - the only time anyone who worked there spoke was when I said good morning to them. Each night when we returned, found another guest standing at the front desk waiting to check in just like us and no service. I understand that the customer service industry is difficult but I worked at a Hilton property for years and am very loyal. This hotel and their staff - major disappoin**ent. Also, plan on getting breakfast somewhere else. Next time to Midland, will be staying at another brand. Our teammates stayed next door at Springhill and raved about their stay.
