The overall experience of hotel and staff was amazing. Good to know that I have a place I can come back to in the future. Already have made plans to return next year same time of the year. Have recommended stay to family and friends

Overall cleanliness & condition of the room is not good. Tub will not drain & there are no trash cans in the room. Breakfast, although continental, did not have proper utensils to remove bread / bagels from container. Had to use my hands to remove them from the bags. Not for a business or family trip.

I reserved my room 1 week before, i get here and there is no hot water, i drove 5 hours and really wanted to shower. They offered no discount, i didnt have time to reserve another hotel, so i stayed, i didnt get a shower ubtil the next day. All day long i heard a washing machine. And to they are working somewhere and all i hear is load machines. The lady's that clean every morning they scream to each other not mad at each other but who wants to ear that when you have paid over 200.00 to rest.
