The hotel was great clean and all that. Bed was comfortable but when getting in or out of either bed sounded horrible and like it was gonna fall apart. Would of been 5 stars if not for that

I usually do not write reviews, but the staff here were so overwhelmingly hospitable , generous and genuinely caring. They all presented themselves in a professional manner and were happy to help however they could. I left a very expensive bag in my room which carries the shrine of all my daily make-up. I came back 3 hours later, nervous to ask if housecleaning had found it since in previous experiences, the outcome was less than pleasing. The housecleaning manager didn’t find it in the lost and found by the front desk, but offered to go through the upstairs loft and found and the housecleaning carts in case in got left there at the end of their shift. I couldn’t have been more excited to see her coming down the hallway bag in hand!!!! I LOVE honesty and the integrity of those hard-working women! Great Job Midland Holiday Inn! Keep up your great services!!!

The bed was very comfortable but the hot water never got hot. I let it run for about 15 minutes and it was always Luke warm. But the breakfast was really good.

Always a great stay for us while visiting the Midland area for a business trip. Nearby you can find a variety of shopping and restaurants. New renovation looks great! Great service, and clean rooms. I would recommend staying for business or just a getaway.

The hotel is going through a renovation. However, even though our room was updated, the soap dish in the shower was dirty. Also, the outside shower curtain was new, because it still had the folds in it; however, the shower curtain inside the tub was raggedy and discolored. Breakfast was OK, but could’ve been better. One of the bedside lamps and the floor lamps did not work. I reported this to the front desk upon check out. No discount was offered. We stay at Holiday Inn Express all the time. Bed and room was otherwise clean.

They are really nice. Very helpful. They were under going a Reno on some area that made it not able to go to front doors. But it will look amazing when done they were very friendly and spoke every time we passed the desk. Didn’t get the chance to eat breakfast there but it was offered.

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. My room (king bed) seemed big. One unusual thing: no carpeting in the rooms, a kind of vinyl flooring throughout instead. Comfy bed, roomy bathroom with full-size shower (no tub). Breakfast had a nice selection (eggs/bacon, some whole fruit, instant oatmeal, yogurt, a pancake machine, etc.). Renovations out front prevented main entrance/ lobby entry & exit, but that’ll be temporary.

Super clean and super friendly staff!! Would definitely stay here again!! It is hard to find a place to stay in midland and they were very accommodating at the last minute!

The room was nice and big. We could tell the hotel was new. Breakfast had good options. We appreciated all the little details like anti fog mirrors, the spacious room, the showering products, the comfy beds, a very. I even called ahead to help the check in process because we were running behind for dinner with friends. The lady at the desk had our room ready and the papers to sign to help us out. I bet check-in was less than a minute! Thank you very much for that! The only reason I took away a star was because the front parking lot was under construction and it was a bit inconvenient with the amount of luggage we had on the trolley. Trolleys don’t fit through the regular doors very well and there were a couple we had to go through. Over all great stay! Will definitely stay there next time!
