Customer service is fantastic from the general manager of the place the showers were sub par low pressure and not hot in any shape or form i do not think we will be rebooking with the four points again

I requested a crib and was told we would have one. When we checked in, we were told that the property did not have cribs, and we had to go purchase a pack and play.

Perfect place for genuine hospitality and awesome stay, Andrea the evening bartender treated us like locals with no hesitation. We will be staying here every single trip from East Tx to west Tx no matter where we’re at in the Wild West, my favorite server/friend I’ve met on the first name basis since I’ve worked in this area from 2017-current

The food is on point as per the description and the service is excellent. I had the buffalo wings on my first night and the 12oz steak for dinner the second night of my stay. Both meals came out as expected. They have a good selection of drinks which is obviously a plus!

Andrea is awesome. She is friendly and great at her job! I always look forward to seeing her. Great customer service and great food. Steak is amazing. I hope someone tells Andrea how great she is abd she gets some recognition. Its is always a pleasure to see her
