Hotel undergoing renovations to the exterior and leisure centre. Pool and changing rooms closed, and lift broken, not informed of this before arrival, didn’t bother me but if elderly or disabled this would be a problem. Staff at reception/bar very pleasant, didn’t eat here so cannot comment on food.
Bedroom modern and had everything needed, bedclothes spotless and bathroom recently renovated however cobwebs on ceiling and furniture dusty.

The room had a radiator that wouldn’t turn off as well as a broken shower and poor drainage. We were 1hr 30 mins waiting for food as it had to go back it was cold and dry and very poor quality.

We had our sons confirmation meal in the Midleton park hotel last week . Our family of 10 came from Kildare and stayed for 2 nights so we could celebrate our sons Confirmation. From our very first phone call to enquire with Azim till the day after we left the level of professional and genuine care was outstanding. We would like to thank all the amazing staff for making our sons day so special ,especially Martin who served our delicious meal to 17 fussy people …. He is a Gem and took amazing care of us throughout our whole stay . The meal was superb and the level of service was 10/10. Thank you Olena for taking care of us each morning for our breakfast.

Hotel is well-located with ample parking. Everything was fine. My one slight criticism is that the dining facilities for evening meals is in the bar area with several television screens (showing football match) and the tables and area are very much of the "bar food" variety. The food, however, was of a very good standard.

We are going to plan a trip again just to stay in this hotel! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing 😍 Staff were so nice, and breakfast was gorgeous. The kids loved the pancake machine! We all loved the hotel and can’t wait to go back again 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was huge and bed was very comfortable. Only slight downside was that the pillows didn't suit us! The food was gorgeous and staff very good too. Definitely be back.
