We had an amazing stay. The hotel is in a convenient location (right next to mall of Africa).
The staff is the BEST. Helpful, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was amazing

I love city lodge waterfall and I'll keep returning because of staff members like Percy he exceeded our expectations for our meeting, he handled our conference booking professionally and amazing service, we certainly returning soon...

From the minute i made an enquiry on the phone, the lady that answered was friendly and welcoming, when we arrived the reception was busy but managed to direct us to breakfast. The lady that served us explained everything quickly and ushered us to our table. the hotel is very clean and deco is beautiful.really lovely experience.

Well kempt room with a constant supply of coffee and combined with the serene environment which is richly dotted with savanna trees made my stay both memorable and enjoyable.
It was worth it.

Good for business meetings and we wouldn't mind going back The food and beverage was great and the staff was very welcoming. We definitely coming back for more trainings and expecting the very same awesome service and I intend to recommend it million times.

The hotel is so clean and has the friendly staff from the security staff,reception, cleaning staff throughout. Our room was clean and well prepared when we get there… im definitely going back for another stay. I loved the ice machine they have. We also bought the water bottles.

The service is extremely exceptional! Had an amazing stay. The platters were great. The breakfast has so much variety at an affordable rate. I will definitely go back for an event or recommend it to anyone looking to have an amazing experience.
