Air conditioning and mini fridge in room were both quite noisy. I unplugged the fridge to reduce the noise.

After checking in, went to our room which wasn’t ready. Decided to go take a look at the hottub (one of the reasons I booked this place). On our way to the separate building with the pool and hottub, got to see where the local homeless people hangout at in the parking lot. The hottub and pool were disgusting!! Not at all like what the pics showed. I immediately went to the front desk and told them I’m checking out and not staying there.

Pretty old, needs renovation. The whole building is old and dirty. Hallway was dark and stained, floor was damp, couldn't take off. The bathtub was stained with red ink/paint. The room didn't even have an ice container, kept ice in a plastic bag. The front desk didn't bother to find one for me, simply saying, 'sorry we don't have any more.' Better drive a little bit more and stay at another La Quinta.

In heavily homeless area. Next door to Motel 6 with razor wire fencing between. Hallway carpets worn through to subfloor and numerous stains. Rooms clean and modern. Would only stay here again if couldn’t find anything else.

This stay was an absolute nigh**are! It says it’s great for families and the entire place is full of filth! People who appear to be living in the facility that are unsavory type people, you could smell incense burning throughout the entire place, stained carpet everywhere, trash & cigarette butts all over the property, could hear pipes and water running all night long, and the room above us loud stomping, and disruptive noise all night. Didn’t sleep a wink. It’s was absolutely terrifying experience especially because we were traveling with our one year old granddaughter. It was so bad that I’m calling ******* for a refund. Do not stay here!

Staff member is pleasant upon arrival. Toiletries(shampoo and conditioner)were okay and pillows were soft. Place needs to be renovated though as there are peeling paint areas. Tubs are dirty and stained. Carpets are very dingy looking and need replacement. Towels and sheets have stains on them. Bed sheets wrinkled as if it was not washed. I had to wipe everything with clorox wipes to sanitize. Walls so thin you can hear the bathroom being used next door or you can hear the doors closing/opening from other rooms. The keycard didn't work at one point to enter the building. Thank goodness there was someone that opened it from inside or you'll have to walk all the way to front entrance which can be a hassle when you're carrying groceries. Not worth the price at all.

The was ok. Beds was comfortable. But let tell you. You can hear everyone in your room and everyone slams doors and yells. And lots of homeless people asking us for money and asking us if we want to buy stuff for our dogs.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty,couldn't take our shoes off until we went to bed. Bed and pillows were horrible, the toilet made a whistling sound all night. Someone put a rock in the back entrance door so homeless people were always hanging around and going inside to get breakfast and eating it outside. This place shouldn't even be part of the Wydem Francise! Would not recommend.
