Great hotel for my children. So much to do and try. Rooms nicely decorated, but a bit noisy.

My experience was really bad. Go
I payed as soon I arrived, everything. The nights staying, the parking and I still made made a reservation for dinner on the restaurant. At the restaurant, they took long to take my order, was like 3 or 4 tables, so wasn’t busy! At the end of the dinner, my baby was tired. I request, politely to leave the bill on my hotel number account. Wasn’t possible. Ok, I payed without make any objection. I had a cried baby, keep her to pay the bill. I wished a good evening to the staff, they only said “sorry”.
The staff wasn’t looking for options, I felt that the check out was a waste of energy and time. The weak trea**ent and unfriendly behaviour of the staff. Was unbearable!
So: I had 3 big bags. I expected to have at least a little help to carry the luggage. I request help, kindly. Was denied. The luggage trolley was not on the reception, they didn’t have anyone to bring to the lift or something. I went with my baby to pick it up, also not on the place they told me that “should be there”. At 11oclock, I had 2 men’s from the staff knocking the room door. Instead of help, they were there to asked me IF i would leave today.
Was such a pressure and neglect of the staff. The only option I had, was to carry all by myself, 3 bags and a little kid.

We hebben een top verblijf ervaren. - Vriendelijk personeel. - Alle faciliteiten onder 1 dak. - Kamer was schoon. - Kamerfaciliteiten zijn top. We hadden de Club Family Room. Dubbele hoogslaper Ingebouwd 4-op-een-rij spel Badkamer met bad, de kinderen vonden de kamer fantastisch. - Zwembad is klein maar was voldoende voor onze kids

Alles was even leuk, gezellig en goed georganiseerd. Super vriendelijk personeel. Zoveel sporten en zo lekker gegeten. Ook ontbijt was erg uitgebreid. Heerlijke bedden en vooral goede kussens en heel schoon.We komen zeker terug. Ga zo door!!!

Dit is het ideale hotel voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen of sportievelingen (voor een romantische vakantie zou ik het minder aanbevelen). Het hele hotel is ingericht in hetzelfde thema, hoewel het niet mijn stijl is, werkt het wel echt. We genoten van het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet en gingen twee keer eten in het restaurant Eet (omdat we de eerste keer zo enthousiast waren). Er zijn in het hotel heel wat leuke activiteiten, inbegrepen in de prijs: een klein zwembad, een cinema, een kleine indoor minigolf, een binnenspeeltuin, een fitness ... We verbleven hier drie dagen, dat lijkt me ideaal. Rond het hotel is weinig te zien, maar in de omgeving zijn wel heel wat leuke plekjes (zoals de dierentuin Dierenrijk en enkele mooie wandelingen) te ontdekken. Het was ideaal om hier op een rustig moment te komen (een Belgische vakantie). De kamers zijn prima in orde.

Hele leuke ervaring, kindvriendelijk ingericht. Zowel mijn zoon als wij hebben ervan genoten. Veel faciliteiten die je kan doen. Lekker en uitgebreide ontbijt dat continu wordt aangevuld. Vriendelijke medewerkers, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Super leuk voor kinderen en ouders echt op kinderen gericht super fijn met slecht weer alle voorzieningen zijn er om het de kinderen naar hun zin te maken.

Sehr schön für Kinder, aber auch für Erwachsene, die Sport machen möchten: Bowling, Fußball, Tischtennis, Tennis, Squash, Minigolf, Indoorspielplatz. Rutsche direkt in der Lobby.

We gingen bowlen, het bowlen was niks ergs aan op de smerige vieze stinkschoenen na maarja wat verwacht je. Naast het bowlen wilde we ook lekker eten maar daar ging het al snel mis. Hadden een vieze tafel waarop een menu kaart stond. Toen ik die bekeek zaten heel mn handen onder de plak. Maar goed ik eten bestellen kreeg meteen het verkeerde eten wat kan gebeuren want daar ben je mens voor. Maar het was ook koud de broodplank waren 6 stukjes brood die volgensmij zo uit de verpakking kwamen van de albertheijn want deze smaakte nergens naar en waren niet eens afgebakken. De boter was bevroren en je kreeg sojasaus met azijn of wat het ook was in ieder geval erg smerig. En de snacks ja die waren koud en de mayonaise kwam ook net uit de vriezer. Ik werd kort erna al niet zo lekker door het eten dus voor mij was dit de eerste en allerlaatste keer dat ik hier kwam.
