Staff are not trained for English speakers (both my son and partner speak Japanese so it was ok for me and to be expected as it’s japan however only a few were helpful to myself as an English speaker, something to be aware of if by yourself). Being a new resort, some staff gave incorrect information meaning we had to go back and forth a few times to get correct information. All in all, for the price paid I would not stay here again as I could get similar experience in other places for cheaper price. Was OK.
