Hotels Near Centro Teatro Attivo Srl in Milan

I have never been more pleasantly surprised than visiting this hotel. I was looking for an affordable hotel with a good location, so my expectations was mediocre. First impression couldn't be better with an amazing lobby, friendly service, and quality design throughout. The room was equally stylish, super clean, and with great space. Icing on the cake, I had forgot my shaving kit, but after visiting the reception they gave me a free shaving kit. I will definitely choose this hotel next time Im going back to Milano. It was honestly my best hotel experience!

Here is my story with this hotel. I booked a double room in the address show on google. When me and my boyfriend arrived the hotel, we were led to a completely different seperate building which is 300 metres far away from the hotel. When I showed my confirmation letter, hotel tried to claim I booked seperate building but I DID NOT. The guy in the reception came up with a solution and offered a tiny single room (attached) to us which was completely unacceptable. He said he will refund the money. I did not get any money back, neither I stayed in the hotel. I would not recommend anyone experiencing this. I am still trying to get a refund. Hotel was not helpful on this matter. There are much better options and metro goes nearly everywhere in Milan!

This is a beautiful hotel and we had a great time. The hotel was nice a clean, had a nice garden, the restaurant was nice and the bar was open until late. We stayed on the 2nd floor and our room was nice and spacious, aircon was great, the mini bar was well stocked and the maid came everyday. Our view out the window was nice too, we could see the cobbled streets and the tram passing by, it kind of looked like a postcard. The restaurant was nice, staff was friendly and if you like traditional Italian food then you would enjoy it. The breakfast was also nice we went down every morning, it was the same thing everyday but that was ok because it was good food. Only thing is tho, there were no omelettes as standard, I think they could have made you one but you had to pay extra (€8) Let’s talk about the bar. The bar was amazing, not only was it open til late but the bar staff were very knowledgeable on anything drink related. There wasn’t a drink that the lovely Henry or Paulo couldn’t make you. Whilst I am on the Henry and Paulo subject, I’d like to take this opportunity to just say how amazing they are. They introduced themselves and asked our names and it was lovely service ever since. They made us feel welcome, kept the amazing drinks flowing, learnt early on what kind of drinks we liked and kept the drinks coming. The service from them two was absolutely outstanding and we would visit again just to see them. They are real assets to the hotel. Thank you. The hotel itself is not far away from the duomo. We just took the subway, it was 3 stops. Once you get to the duomo you can also do the bus tours, we did the 4 tours over 48 hours which was nice. We also did the canal cruise which wasn’t far from the hotel too. Immediately outside the hotel you can also hire bikes and scooters. You just have to download the app if you haven’t already and go. All in all the hotel was great, service was great, location was great and we love Henry.

Very nice hotel, a lot of space, but room, but a bit far from the town, I spend 50€ in the evening for taxi to get back to the hotel because public transport aren’t working till late, so at the end with same price I could actually booked hotel in town :)

Wonderful place to stay in! The hotel is comfortable and nice, staff is very, very friendly and the rooms are clean. The rooms have lovely balconies. Soundproofing was bad though - I could hear everything happening in the corridor. Also there was a (locked) door leading from my room to the one next to me and when my ”neighbour” was taking a shower or watching TV, I could hear everything so well that I woke up one morning my shower was on. The location is bit weird, but worth the train ride and walk.

Good price and location. Nice staff. Free parking. I had a very comfortable stay in a clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. Very convenient as there is a supermarket and food court nearby. Close to the highway and easy to go anywhere.

The overall decoration style of the hotel is relatively old, with a lot of wooden furniture, the elevator door is relatively small. The room layout is more home style, the space is relatively large. The service staff is more enthusiastic. The location is a bit biased but the hotel can help you call a taxi.

Sono stato in questo hotel anche se per la prima volta è credo che ci tornerò al più presto, parcheggio enorme e gratuito, personale molto cortese, pulizia buona, camera comodissima e soprattutto ben climatizzata, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo lo consiglio a tutti

Terza tappa del nostro tour dei motel voto 10!Bel posto!!primo impatto mi sono sentita per un attimo in vacanza al mare! Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Mi ha stupito la colazione compresa nel prezzo prima volta..le tariffe sono ottime e conviene alla grande.la stanza quella basic davvero accogliente con tutti i comfort necessari! Consiglio vivamente!ne vale la pena! Tornerò molto volentieri sono curiosa di vedere le altre stanze e divertirmi con la mia passione per la fotografia allego due tre foto delle tante davvero top!

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. They did omit to notify us about the early breakfast they offer upon check-in, so make sure you ask about this if you have an early flight. They do also let you take drinks from the bar up to your room. Location and Travel Be aware of how far away the hotel is from Milan. From Duomo, you'll need to get on the red line (M1) towards RHO and get off at Lampugnano. The last bus from Lampugnano leaves at 20:00 back to Lainate. You will then need to get the 617 bus which drops you off outside Lidl and Maccies near the hotel. This is obviously not ideal if you want to spend the evening in Milan. We arrived during a national taxi strike which made the trip much more stressful. While this is not the hotel's fault, a heads up from the hotel would have been nice about traveling to and from Milan central. We were stranded in Milan on the first day, we called the hotel and they told us to try and get an Uber. The uber was 144 euros which we reluctantly paid. The car never showed up so we called back the hotel and they stopped answering our phone calls. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, feeling confident we knew the route to and from the hotel, we double-checked with the hotel, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of when the last bus is. On our second day, we were stranded in Milan again. Luckily we met two other people at the last subway station who had also done the Wowcher holiday and they managed to get in touch with the hotel to arrange a private taxi back to the hotel. As there was a strike going on at the time, the fare was 55 euros from Rho subway station to the hotel, which is roughly a 10/15 minute drive. Again this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of when using the subway is that the tickets are only valid for 90 minutes, and there are plain-clothed officers waiting in the subway stations to catch people out. So make sure you always have a ticket with enough time left on it to get all the way back to the hotel. Breakfast We were allocated this Hotel from Wowcher, and we were told to pay £40 for the bed and breakfast, which was fine until we realised we couldn't get breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to leave the hotel at 4 am. Essentially meaning we paid £40 for one breakfast between the two of us. We have had no joy in getting a refund for the second day's breakfast from the hotel which is the primary reason for leaving a review. The hotel in my opinion is perfect for people who do not want to spend evenings in Milan or who have a car. If neither of these applies to you, I would highly recommend looking for a hotel closer to the center of Milan.
