Clean room. Very good location and close to supermarket and metro. No housekeeping included.

The location is excellent — just a 1–2 minute walk from Cadorna Station, making it very convenient for getting anywhere in Milan. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette, refrigerator, and basic tableware, which makes it suitable for short stays. There’s also a supermarket nearby, so it’s handy for preparing simple meals — a good way to save on food costs in expensive Milan. That said, remember this is Italy — don’t expect luxury or unnecessary extras. Think of it as offering the essentials for a comfortable, modern stay. One thing to note: the check-in process can be a bit tricky. You’ll need to send photos of your passport online first, and only afterward will you receive access instructions for the apartment. It’s a bit of a hassle, but once you’re in, everything works smoothly.

Perfect location and wonderful stay! The hotel has an excellent location — just a short walk from Cadorna station, the Hop-on Hop-off bus stop, and the magnificent Sforza Castle. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Most importantly, I felt completely safe during my stay.

Great place near metro , train station, and downtown, internet in the room i take is very bad , always go and back , they don’t have house keeping , room hace everything specially if you want make food ,

The hotel is quite good for its price, definitely recommended for travelers who do not really stay in the room but want comfortable conditions for the stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the subway station. It takes just over ten minutes by subway to reach major attractions, and Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper is even within walking distance. The room is very clean and well-equipped with a TV, air conditioning, microwave, and more. However, I found it odd that no quilt cover was provided—instead, two sheets were used to wrap the quilt. The quilt had a noticeable smoky odor, which made the lack of a proper cover even more puzzling. I asked the staff twice for a quilt cover, but they flatly refused.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Very convenient location, pretty nice area. The Cadorna train station along with the metro station is basically around the corner. You can walk to Castello Sforzesco in less than 10 minutes, Duomo di Milano is reachable on foot in 18 minutes. The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The reception was very friendly. For the price it’s amazing service and quality.

The location is great and it's sufficient for a stay. I would generally recommend it. The reception was difficult to find, and even after completing the online check-in process, the building entry key wasn't sent via email, so I was wandering around the entrance, but a reception staff member who was on her way home helped me out and I was able to stay there. Online check-in was a hassle.

Great location, clean, friendly service

Very cool location of the apartments, although for me it looks more like a candominium. The room is large, spacious. The only thing was there were no windows, and the ceilings were not very high. Hot water and air conditioning, everything was great.

The location of the hotel is really convenient - that's probably where the positives end. The room itself is very small, with a sofa that doubles as a bed. This is not a problem - it was visible in the photo, and I booked the room, understanding this. For me, the main thing was the location and convenient access to transport. But I got a room in the basement - and it was just awful. Let's start with the smell from the ventilation in the toilet: since the room is in the basement, the ventilation, apparently, is connected to the technical rooms, and the lack of a fan only "helps" to feel the whole spectrum of smells that penetrate from there. In addition, the room itself had a musty smell and felt damp. All the things that were outside the suitcase were soaked with this smell and became unsuitable for wearing until they were washed at home. It's good that I only had to survive two nights there, and not stay all 7 days, as I originally planned.
