One of the 4-star hotel which is affordable price and provides a good customer service to my team. My room has been upgraded and it is very huge twin beds with the facilities in the room is new. However, there is no water and tissue in the room provided to guests even it is a 4-star hotel. It so surprises me about this.

Overall, it was good, but there was a Black male waiter who was very impolite and rude to guests. I hope this improves. He spoke to guests not with a 'please' but with a demanding and commanding tone, which was a bit off-putting. Everything else, including the ambiance and decor, was very satisfying ❤️

location is a bit far from train and metro. Rooms are clean and new.. pillows were a bit thin. overall good experience
You just need to request for amenities but they are free of charge (toothbrush, coffee etc)

Booked this hotel for a Milan exhibition. The location is excellent, very close to Linate Airport, which was super convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The facilities are quite new, though the room was a bit small – but that's probably typical for most places in Europe.

Hotel Review:
The room and bathroom were both very clean, which I really appreciated. However, the cushions weren’t very comfortable, which made it a bit hard to relax. On the bright side, the area is quiet at night, so it’s a peaceful place to stay. Overall, it’s a clean and calm hotel, but the bed and cushions could be improved.

This is a chain hotel, newly renovated. The room has a bit of an unusual shape, but it's quite spacious. The bathroom has a unique design with a dedicated toilet and shower area. The toiletries are also very good.

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely amazing! Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Europe, this is by far my favorite. It's super close to the train station, just a ten-minute walk, and the subway station is only two streets away. The room is incredibly spacious! And the breakfast is absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!
