The hotel is just in the heart of the city, very close to Milano Cathedral, shopping area and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. Metro station is just around the corner and also so close to Cadorna Station. People at the reception and hotel are very friendly and helpful. I and my son felt very comfortable to stay. Only negative thing was lack of still water in the room. You need to ask for the still water every day. However, the hotel would be my first choice when I visit Milano again.

Location is very nice - 1 min walk from the main street
Gorgeous breakfast with champagne!
If u book the cheapest room be ready that it is the attic and the windows are looking out to the sky, not the city

I love its location. Other than that, nothing fancy cause its an old hotel and their elavator can only fit 2 people. Front desk staff is rude in addressing my need.
