All of the staff members are exceptionally friendly and attentive. We especially appreciated that a lunch package was prepared for us at departure, since we couldn’t have breakfast on-site due to time constraints. We felt completely comfortable and very well taken care of throughout our stay. A small suggestion for improvement: Unfortunately, there is no convenient place to store personal items or to hang a jacket.

Everything was great, just the bathroom was always wet. It's not fault from the Ostelzzz, just from the guest. Just an advice, maybe you can stick a sticker on the toilet like "Do not stand while urinating. Thank you for keeping the restroom hygienic."

Price a little high, bed will keep bending not comfortable u can’t make a big move or else the bed makes noises. Breakfast included with limited selection. Staff are helpful & friendly

I stayed just one night and it was an amazing time! Super staff and breakfast 😀 the room have a bathroom just for the us. I just recommended it. There was also a looker inside. The location is very nice near from Lima station.

Good location between two stations! Bathroom always wet almost flooding and no air con in the room! The hairdryer is not working. No early check in, luggage storage needs two euro.

Very professional and helpful staff, I love this place Very much ! But please don't charge 2 Euro for store the luggage....... Rest is superb..... A receptionist ( Thin & curly hairs ) Very kind & Smart ... overall, you all people are really good in their job. Stay blessed ❤️
