The room was really nice with a small kitchen area. We had everything we needed. The security was good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The facilities in the small kitchen are a bit lacking. There is a kettle missing. If you want to make tea and coffee, you need to boil water in a pot. However, there is a microwave, which is very convenient for heating food. The room is a bit old, but basically it is outside. The bed is big and you can rest for the night. That's enough. It's a bonus to have air conditioning and an elevator. The transportation nearby is very convenient. There are also 24-hour McDonald's and Carrefour nearby.

It is 5-10 minutes away from Garibaldi Train Station. If you need to travel by train, I recommend staying the day before. Even if it is close by distance, it is better to use a taxi. There are friendly staff. Free luggage storage, and even called a taxi when leaving. The air conditioner worked really well inside and the water came out well, so it was comfortable to take a shower. It is well equipped with everything you need inside. However, the noise was too loud. Loud noises from furniture being dragged upstairs and pounding in the hallway.

Excellent hotel. Close to public transportation, super nice and complete room. Comfortable beds, kitchenette with all the utensils available, refrigerator, microwave, everything that can be used for a long stay, unfortunately we only stayed 2 days, we wanted to stay longer. Very friendly reception, guidance and help, good cleaning. We would come back!

I booked a double room with an extra bed which had not been prepared at check in but at the reception they solved the problem immediately, despite the extra bed not being too comfortable. I would recommend the machine with coffee pods in the room for breakfast. for the rest everything is ok

I booked a double room with an additional bed for three people directly on their site, at check-in the receptionist told us that a double room was booked in my name and therefore the additional bed had to be paid separately. .. Having paid for the additional bed, I reported what had happened to the director of the facility as at the time of booking the additional bed was already included in the cost of the room, but he attributed this to an error in the web booking system. Even though they were aware of the aforementioned problem, the extra bed remained my responsibility.

Very close to the Alcatraz club, which is why I chose this hotel. The metro station, supermarket and bars are located nearby. So great location. The room was clean, but a little small, the bathroom was narrow, the towels were stored in the shower cubicle. The sheets had a strange smell. But overall acceptable. I didn't see anything about the breakfast provided in the room...that's why I enjoyed breakfast at the Spago bar on the corner of Via Lepontina. The most unpleasant thing was a mix-up with the POS. The payment with the debit card did not work. The employee told me almost annoyed that I was having problems with the ATM and that he needed a credit card, I was strange about it. He preferred to check in another guest while I was looking for the CDC, making me wait... Immediately after checking in I continued to calmly use my ATM, so the problem was the facility's POS... The other employees were very helpful. kind, especially a fellow Neapolitan.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, excellent cleanliness and excellent location, just 600 meters from the subway. Unfortunately, our room, 306, was very uncomfortable and, being an attic, it was so hot that even the air conditioning needed a lot of time to make the temperature minimally acceptable, this only in the room because in the bathroom we always had real saunas. Only a lot of noise and lots of mosquitoes came in through the window, no air, since, right in front, a meter away, there was a small metal shed and an infinite number of very noisy pipes (photo), it was really difficult at night rest... The ceiling above the bed, decidedly very low, didn't help... In conclusion: if we were to return, strictly not to the third floor and, above all, never again in 306!

Let me start by saying that I was absolutely positively impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the reception staff. I have rarely found people so helpful (even in giving information on how to reach nearby points of interest and the Metro) and kind. Unfortunately, the room is a little dated in terms of furnishings in general, but perhaps it's the wood that doesn't help. Furthermore, as it is not soundproofed, you can hear all the noises coming from both the corridor and the adjacent rooms. I think it was a problem with my room, but the smell of cigarettes came in from the bathroom and bedroom windows (probably coming from the adjacent rooms, having repeatedly heard the windows being opened and closed until late at night). It is nice to find the tray with breakfast products in the room and the courtesy water (which is not found in many higher category hotels). I was in Milan for work and it was fine for one night. But for extended stays I don't know. The reception staff definitely makes you feel at home and that's something I really appreciated.
