I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel , I can advise that Trip.com should update the photos as they are out of date and the hotel appears to have been refurbished since the pics were taken. The hotel is more modern now. The room had everything I needed including a fridge. Reception is 24hrs and you must leave the keys at the fd every time you leave which is actually quite convenient. Upon check out , the hotel staff kindly let me check put an hour late without any penalty , many thanks for a pleasant stay.

Location is great if you take train and walk to the hotel it isn’t far. breakfast buffet is pretty small but overall is great. We had to ask to come look at our room since the AC wasn’t work properly and the front desk guy( not the one we checked in with who was very nice) was pretty upset to have to come and check for us. But everything else is great!

The location is very good. The bus stop is nearby, and it is convenient to go to Milan Cathedral. There is also a German brand supermarket nearby. City tax can be paid by card. The hotel door is locked at night. It is safe and quiet. The only drawback is that there is no name outside the hotel, and the pictures of the hotel facade are not consistent, so I was still looking for it when I arrived at the door.

I stayed here for 3 nights for work. It's a small hotel but it was fine. I like the croissants at breakfast. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, so it's convenient.
If the yen wasn't so weak, it would be great value for money.

When planning my trip, I chose this hotel in Milan. Unfortunately, circumstances turned out so that I couldn't get there on this trip. But even when I violated all the terms of free cancellation, the hotel met me halfway and returned the money for 1 night! For which I am grateful, and I will definitely come here next time!
