Booking was for 4 people however we were given a room with 1 double bed and 1 single and told to sleep 3 in the double bed!! This apparently was perfectly acceptable and it was my fault for not requesting an additional bed?! They then offered to bring another bed for us but would be an extra £25! Very uncomfortable sleeping top and tail 3 in a bed and we didnt sleep well. The room itself was very basic. The power sockets would turn off if you plugged in a UK plug and adapter. The socket for the TV was loose so we didn't use it. The shower had mold around the sealant. Despite the hotel feeling it was normal for 3 people to fit in a double bed, we were only given 2 pillows?! Mosquitos everywhere. Breakfast in the morning was awful. I suspect they gave us a very small breakfast on purpose because I had complained about the beds the night before. For breakfast we were given 1 croissant each, 1 spread and 2 stale pieces of toast in a packet. Very inadequate. I definitely would not stay here again!

Proprietaria in balia della menopausa che ci consegna le chiavi di un tugurio. Polvere, scomodità e bagno in comune con extracomunitari. Come se non bastasse ci nega la possibilità di ascoltare un po’ di musica per non pensare al terribile posto dove alloggiamo. NON CI VENITE MAI.

Personnel OK. Chambre correcte avec un minimum d'équipements même si on prend l'option de salle de bain commune. Literie très confortable. Chambre et salle de bain commune propre. Salle de bain commune peu prisée donc pas embêtant. Nous n'avons pas pris les petits déjeuners. Seul bémol les chambres sont très mal insonorisées donc on entend toute les conversations et rires forts irrespectueux des autres clients ( aux côtés et au dessus). Ainsi que la rue qui est très bruyante. Malgré tout, on est en centre ville et donc à proximité des autres services ce qui est appréciable. Il y a eu un souci lors de la réservation : j'avais réservé une chambre pour 2 mais c'est une chambr pour une seule personne qui a été enregistré. L'hôte a su trouver une solution rapidement et me trouver une chambre pour 2 ce que j'ai fortement apprécié.

Debbo dire che sia pure l'avventura non fosse iniziata nel migliore dei modi, la signora è stata gentilissima a risolvere il problema del bagno in camera e debbo dire che è stato anche molto piacevole alloggiare qua. Vedendo le recensioni non mi aspettavo niente di particolare ed invece a mio avviso l'hotel meriterebbe anche più di una stella. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose e soprattutto comodissime. I bagni sono spaziosi e pulitissimi. Non guasta il fatto di avere un giardino piccolo ma confortevole dove ho avuto il piacere di passare la mattina una volta fatto il check out. La colazione non è abbondante ma decisamente quanto basta e comunque perfettamente in linea col prezzo. L'ubicazione dell'hotel è assolutamente ottima a nemmeno 500 metri a piedi dalla fermata della linea rossa metro Loreto e dunque a pochissimi passi da corso Buenos Aires. Decisamente non potrò che parlarne sempre bene e spero di alloggiare ancora qua le prossime volte che capiterò a Milano. Promossi, decisamente 😀😀
