The location of the hotel is very close to Rinate Airport. It takes 15 minutes by bus. The front desk staff was also very polite and pleasant to let me check in.
But the hygiene situation is bad. When I went into the bathroom, there were residues used by others in the toilet that were not cleaned at all, so I didn't dare to use the towels and school supplies in the room.

i’m not very happy with my staying in this hotel as the first time I‘ll enter my room. I found my two pillow haven’t changed the cover, and it‘s very smelly, and when I go to the reception, the men just take the pillow away and changed the cover without saying anything it seems like they always did at& during the second day I want a small stay the lobby just for a man in my trip and my hotel later for a few days but they said the lady cleaning lady is coming and we need to leave the lobby the same seats or don‘t welcome me.

I was in transit so I only stayed one night, but I don't recommend staying for a long time.
The location is so-so, and the walls to the neighbors are thin so you can hear everything.
If you don't want anything special and are on a budget, it's fine.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom.
The location is in a community, which is relatively easy to find. It's not far from the city, just 2 subway rides away.
The bathroom in this room is shared, but it's very convenient.
The soundproofing is not good, it will be very loud when people outside go up the stairs.
