Booked a triple room for my wife and her two friends, according to their feedback the hotel was extremely dirty, their door did not lock properly, staff were uninterested in getting this fixed, no safe in the room , room not cleaned and towels and bedding not changed in the 4 days they were there. Dodgy area where all of them got hassled and catcalled by arab guys every time they went out. Staff unhelpful and blunt to the point of rudeness. Steer well clear of this one if I was you.

It is what it is, staff were really friendly- we didn’t turn up till 1.30am, no problem - room dated - bit odd - but clean. Breakfast was very basic but fine. I would go back, you pay for what you get. Bout 25mim walk to Bovista train station (for MXP airport), lots of taxis/Ubers outside

For the prices in Milan, this hotel is quite correct. Good bedding, small room but no need for more to visit. The staff is polite and the toilets clean. Tests, soap and shampoo available. I recommend if small budget to visit Milan.

I was here because finding accommodation in Milan that doesn't break the bank isn't that easy... But apart from the excellent location near the metro it has nothing... almost zero reception, no lift, cold rooms, dirty bathroom, towels that smelled instead of clean... uncomfortable beds, people who come in and out not very recommendable... in short... Never again!

OVERBOOKING a mezzanotte nonostante prenotazione su Booking. La mia prenotazione c'era, ma non avevano riservato una stanza per me. Il ragazzo alla reception mi dice di chiamare Booking, senza offrirmi alternative o altri hotel dove dormire: "Il mio capo non risponde". A mezzanotte! Booking aveva il call center spento. E pensare che avevo chiamato l'hotel nel pomeriggio per confermare il mio check-in tardi (già segnalato), ma nessuno ha mai risposto.
