UNA Hotels Century Milano

UNA is the best hotel we’ve stayed. The room is spacious with all amenities we need. Location is near the Milano Centrale and still keep quiet for our sleeping. The staffs are polite and helpful. All kinds of food is just around the corner. I will come back when I come to Milan. I forgot to take the photo, the picture in the website is the same.

The location is definitely a key advantage—extremely convenient for quick connections, whether traveling for business or leisure. Overall, the entire stay went smoothly and fully met the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The property is well-maintained, with clean, comfortable, and functional rooms. While it may not stand out for luxury or unique design, everything is consistent with its category and delivers exactly what you would expect. The staff is professional and helpful, and the check-in process is efficient. In summary, a dependable choice, especially if you value convenience and a stay that lives up to standard 4-star expectations.

Very nice hotel with good amenities. Location was bit hard to find at first because we arrived at night but in daylight, its obvious and very near to station. I would highly recommend booking the taxi directly with them. Its cheaper than Uber. For me, hotel to Linate airport was 30.20 EUR and i had 2 large and 2 cabin luggage since we came all the way from Sydney. Breakfast is good.

We were staying on the 12th floor (128) and we could still hear the old trams till late in the evening. The windows were not bloxking the sound from outside. The bed was okay comfy and large. The aircon did not work so we had to sleep with open windows. The provided shampoo and shower gel were of a bad quality and sis not smell good at all. The shower handle was leaking water and should be changed. The doors of others rooms were slamming very hard! We didn't have a good sleep at this hotel.
