It is a highly recommended hotel if you want a comfortable stay. The cleanliness and variety of amenities are excellent, and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a quiet area though not far from the centre;staff were very nice and helpful, they had even given us a privileged to stay in a bigger more comfortable room w/plenty of windows,the amenities were all available& most of all the bed&pillows were so comfy; easy check in and breakfast was superb; the most there"s always complimentary apples in the lobby for guest.😊👌 Definitely be back

Good hospitality and attentive reception. When you get a lovely welcome after an overnight trip - it already making our first day in Milan a very good start of a spontaneous mini vacation. We were impressed to be able to check in earlier to freshen up !! Delicious Breakfast - buffet style with lots of options !

All good except it's a bit far from the metro station, facilities, clealiness, service are good.

This hotel is nicely located (for its price) - just 12 minutes from the subway station and 2 minutes from a bus stop! The hallway is modern and stylish, and the breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. They have inside garden, too. The AC worked perfectly, which was a plus. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

We chose this hotel since we can't find any reasonable price hotel within the central area. After all, it is not too bad to take a bus and Metro yo the main city central. A nice hotel setup. Breakfast is fine.

Everything was really good it is located at 20 mins from Stazione Centrale

I love this Hotel the rooms were very clean we enjoy our stay specially the varities of breakfast they serve . Will truly come and visit again.

Hotel is 10 minutes away from the station, and there were not many shops around. It's in a quiet area of town, didn't feel particularly safe for female travellers. We were booked into an older part of the hotel and the room felt creepy. Staff seemed helpful but the rooms are very old and do not feel that safe. Shower was rusty and claustrophobic. We checked in and out immediately, expected more.

Room was big, but i think they put us on an older section of the hotel, rooms where not at all like shown on the website. 7 out of 10 guests are Chinese, so a great place to meet Chinese speaking tourist if you are learning the language. They talk loud enought for you to hear at breakfast if you want to practice your listening skills.

Amazing staff and nice breakfast

Great stay overall. Bit of a walk from the nearest Metro station, but otherwise ticks every box satisfyingly. Good breakfast too.

The hotel gives you a classic European vibe, which is awesome!

Very old furnished hotel, the vibe is a bit like the horror movie The Shining. Fortunately I didnt hear any weird noise at night. The overhead shower is very inconvenient, the water is either too hot or too cold. The room is very spacious but the location is a bit inconvenient. In general the price reflects the quality. It would be a rather good choice if you are on budget.
