Location is excellent. Just few minutes walk from main station, and near many restaurants.
Room is spacious. No issue to spread open 2 large luggages. Unfortunately was assigned the 1st floor unit with window opening out to almost street level.
Only issue is lack of essential power points besides bed.

The hotel was average but quite practical in its location. I feel the photos are much better than the reality of the hotel. I felt the breakfast room was a bit sad, and the choices just ok- not great. When I asked the waitress for a coffee creamer, she said they didn’t have any. They only had milk. Interestingly there were coffee creamers in the room itself. The decoration of the room needed updating.

Great place to stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very conveniently located being very near Milano Centrale train station (5 mins walk). The room was clean and had all the required amenities. This was my 2nd time here and I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I’m back in Milan.

The hotel is at the great location. 3 mins walk to the central train station, 3 mins walk to the subway station . The room was nice and clean .
Very friendly people at the front desk . We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely will pick this hotel again at our next visit .

Not a very pleasant stay I have to say - the room was small and the mattress was not very good either. Hotel staff not very hospitable either. But location was good - just 1 min walk from the station. So perfect for those who want to catch early trains.

I would be delighted to stay here again. Every time I visit Milan, I always choose this hotel. The location is excellent, situated right in front of the central station, making it very convenient for early morning travel. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive.
