This hotel features a rich breakfast! Too rich! Although it is far from the city center, it is quite convenient to travel next to the green line subway station. The only drawback is that there is no kettle in the room. If you want to open the water, ask for the downstairs, but this one has disposable slippers. The room is quite big

The mattress is very comfortable. I have the best sleep in a hotel. The quilt has no quilt cover and is full of balls. The blanket does not have a quilt cover. It is not in line with the Chinese habit of staying in a hotel. I asked the Indians why the quilt is so thin and there is no quilt cover. There is hair on it and it is dirty. Huhu, the quilt, sheets and pillows are all the same color. The Indians said don't worry, we have all been disinfected and washed. They lied with their eyes wide open. There is free water and heating. The Indian waiters are unreliable. They said they would send quilts the next day. No, there is a waitress who is more reliable. They are very welcoming and provide free water if you want. It’s no problem if you want anything. Those who first experienced it thought that the Indians might have forgotten it. I experienced three Indian waiters, all of whom were ***. Making things difficult at every turn, targeting at every turn, it doesn't matter what you want, the boss has the same attitude, the boss doesn't have the same attitude, and there is nothing that should be there, lying and deceiving people, I will not go to any store with Indians in the future. The boss has one attitude, and if the boss doesn't have the same attitude, there should be no such thing as lying and deceiving people. In the future, even if there are Indian shops, they won't go.

Service of the receptionist is great! She is so friendly and checked us in and out very smoothly. Air control panel is very hard to understand and it is not functioning very well. Mildred found on the grouting in the shower cubicle and the ceiling light above it was not working. Would like to have tooth brush included as it is a four star hotel and also to add one more panel for chargers next to the bed. Location is good a few minutes walk to the central central where you can eat a lot of kinds of food and also to access other places.

Went there for a short 3nights stay In Milan, I followed the recomendations and book a room with a balcony on a high floor (Executive twin room on 9th floor overlooking the back street). The hotel is in a walking distance to the Duomo with a tram and bus stops opposite the entrance. The hotel is also surrounded by 3 restaurants (2 halal) and a small beauty salon. Reaching the hotel from airport was smooth. We were first greeted by a very polite and helpful bellman who took our luggage and then guided us to our room. As we walked to the reception we were greeted by everyone, such a frindly and helpful team (later on helped with directions and calling the airlines). The check in process went easy. Arriving at our room was through 1 of 3 elevators (small but efficient). The room (902 if I remember correctly) was located at the end of a corridor, in a very quite section. We were assigned a corner room and as I requested in a high floor, it was very spacious with lots of natural light coming from the balcony. The furniture was old-fashioned, 1 king bed and on request was separated to 2 twin beds, a small open closet (the room had sufficient space for a proper one), the room is also equipped with a kettle and coffee machine with daily refills of coffee, tea and water and a --free-- minibar. The marbel bathroom was also very spacious and very clean, the shower is amazing with very good flow of water, big size vanity (didn't like the black sink though). The balcony was very narrow more like a French balcony but on a corner furnished with 1 chair only (anyways it was scary to be there - liked the natural light it brought). My request was for twin beds but the reem had 1 king. I called the front desk to clarify and they arranged for housekeeping to seperate the bed. Allover, was a comfy room we enjoyed. The only 2 negative points I see were: - the old style furniture all over the hotel (need to be refurbished). - Housekeeping. 2 times during our short stay the door was opened without a knock or bill ring. This hotel would be on the list for a next travel.

Great location — close but just far enough from the Duomo and relevant subway stops to make getting around Milan easy and quick. The staff was so friendly and helpful and clearly had our safety in mind. The room was right below the lively rooftop bar with a great view of the city. The room itself was small but perfect for me, my husband, and young adult son. The rooftop bar was fun and felt so glamorous, too! Their menu was on also topnotch, a great place to enjoy aperitivo and enjoy the nightfall sky. You could hear the slight thump of music from our rooms, but that didn’t bother us at all. The gentleman at the front desk was also so kind and helpful with all our questions from money exchange to metro stops to restaurant recommendations and even fashion advice!

Outstanding location friendly service. Special shout out to bar counter guy for being so accommodating. I requested for ice refill sometimes just glass of water everyday and he did it politely even when I wasn’t purchasing any drink. The other staff - eg restaurant and reception were efficient and friendly as well. The location was Central to everywhere I wanted to go. At first I wanted to book hotel near duomo but price was double and I realized most of the time I need to go elsewhere for tour pickup so Central station is more convenient.

Stayed here for the second tine. Great place, very quiet. Not in the center but you can easily get to all the attractions by Metro or train. Super prompt check-in. The room was spacious, nice modern design.

The rooms are very old and the furniture very worn. The bedside tables have no socket to be able to charge the mobile phone which can be charged in a socket at the back of the room and very far from the bed. The breakfast is served by the hotel staffs so cannot be called buffet breakfast. But one of the good thing is, hotel located at Duomo, very convenient.

The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.
