Very bad experience. We chose this establishment because we planned to arrive at night, and as indicated on their website, the reception is open and check-in is possible 24 hours a day. So I book a room, and I try several times to contact the hotel to warn of our late arrival, around 00:00-02:00 in the morning. Very unresponsive, no one answers me. After 3 reminders by email and 2 calls, I finally managed to reach someone who informed me that there would be no problem arriving during the night. He tells me that the supplement is €20 per person. Or 80€ for a family of 4 people. This information is not indicated anywhere on their site. Knowing that I had already paid the price of the room, I had no other choice but to accept this unpleasant surprise, a little disappointed I must say because it almost corresponded to the price paid for the room. After 1000km of driving, we arrived at 3:00 a.m. with our young children. The receptionist first told me that the person in charge of check-in was no longer there because I had specified a range between 00:00 and 02:00, and that it was 3:00. I try to explain to him that the schedule does not matter, the main thing is to warn and pay the additional costs. Then, the receptionist asks us for the children's identity documents, which we do not have. He tells me that entry will not be possible. After several minutes of negotiation, still impossible to access the room. I request a refund: impossible. I am asking for a commercial gesture, at least a partial refund: impossible. The friendly receptionist doesn't want to know anything. We are exhausted by the road, and decide to leave the place. Very big lack of responsiveness, communication, transparency and honesty from this hotel. If you are passing through the pretty town of Milano: avoid this establishment!! They are thieves !

Dirt, lack of the minimum necessary, no broom and dustpan and rag for cleaning, full of dust balls and tissues on the floor, the published photos do not match the reality, found a gauze inside a drawer this makes it clear that cleaning is done, on the terrace the 4 new chairs and the table were missing as in the photo, terrace full of dirt and never washed, for cooking they had only one electric stove delivered to us dirty, lack of sponge and dish detergent, we were left without hot water for a day, the air conditioner during all hours of the day including the night made an absurd noise like a suction of air that prevented you from sleeping reported never fixed like many other things terrible management, responsible contact via email I never had a response. Uncovered sockets, exposed wires Found spiders in the wall. I must say a real disaster, a real horror. I strongly advise against coming here

me and my girlfriend had to spend a night in this hotel since it was the best available option we could find cause we didn’t book anything in advance. we booked it and in 1,5 hours we were already in our room, even though it was early morning. the service was amazing, the staff is at the reception 24/7 and they’re always ready to help. the hotel is very local, probably like 3 floors with not that many rooms. the location is amazing, it’s just a 3 minute walk from the metro station. the closest station is 5 stops away from duomo, it’s the same metro line as well, which we absolutely loved. the rooms aren’t fancy, but are clean, towels and toilet paper were provided. our window was facing the construction site, but if you close it completely, there are no sounds at all. the room also had a fan, which absolutely saved us in a 40 degree weather. would definitely visit again!

The bed is very comfortable, neither soft nor hard. I slept very well. A dream bed for Chinese babies. Extra large bathroom.

Hotel location in the suburbs of Milan, very quiet around, 7 minutes walk from S1 train station, 3 minutes walk from community warehouse supermarket, very close to residential area, many restaurants around, hotel room comfortable suitable for business trip

The hotel presents itself with 4 stars. It has probably not been maintained/renovated in the last 30 years. The bed had shaky legs. The shower was the smallest I have ever seen, guessing 60x60cm. The room was depressing with a long brownish desk under the windows and no other interior. On the positive side: all staff was very friendly

La verdad el Hotel es muy agradable como sus empleados. El desaayuno es muy variado y completo y considero que esto es muy importante cuando estamos tan ocupados. Me gusto mucho la luz de las habitaciones y una ubicación infraestructuras, excelente medios de transporte.

The room was not bad. Full self-service, not a single hotel employee was seen. The taxes and fees paid at the store are kept in the room by myself, so I go to a nearby store to buy things in exchange for change. There are small shops, pizza restaurants, etc. nearby, and tram No. 15 can go directly to Milan Cathedral. The M2 subway is about 650 meters and a 9-minute walk. You can park on the roadside (no one seems to be charging)

Business hotel looks recently renovated. The room I had was very small as well as the bathroom was microscopic. The desk didn't even have a chair to sit on also because maybe if there had been it would have been a problem to move around considering the very limited space. For the category and the not really cheap price I would have expected at least a few more things such as a bathrobe. Another negative thing is that the window has obscured glass and you cannot see outside. The restaurant is quite good although the service was not so positive (when I finished dinner i waited 20 minutes before I was asked if I wanted coffee and this despite the fact that the restaurant had not been full). Breakfast, on the other hand, is excellent and plentiful with wide and different choices, sweet and salted. From a crowne plaza hotel i would have expected a little more
