Ottima esperienza

Hotel con grande potenziale ma che non ha ricevuto le necessarie upgrade negli arredamenti delle camere e parti comuni (moquette assolutamente inguardabile) Rimasto purtroppo fermo, non è più classificabile 4 stelle superior, vale un 3 stelle. Servizio della reception insufficiente causa staff non formato. I piccoli problemi gestibili in poco tempo richiedono l’intervento della Direzione (che si è impegnata a risolverli). Pulizia ottima Pulizia e accoglienza al ristorante e colazione ottima fanno recuperare punti alla struttura. Personale attento e materie prime di alta qualità. Bravi. Posteggio a parco chiuso sicuramente apprezzato.

De retour, après 9 ans, dans un endroit que nous avions grandement apprécié et où nous sommes venus en famille 3 années de suite. Une catastrophe! Hôtel fantôme, peu de clients, serveur sale sur lui avec des gestes insalubres. Nous avions été habitués à de magnifiques buffets. Là c’était la misère, notamment les desserts auxquels nous n’avons pas goûtés car ça ne donnait vraiment pas envie. Chambre dans son jus, poussiéreuse etc. Nous sommes partis au bout de trois jours. Nous avions payé entièrement notre séjour et n’avons obtenu aucun remboursement sur place et même après un courrier à la chaîne de l’hôtel. Un grand scandale.

While offering peace and quiet, this proximity also ensures easy access to the town's vibrant heart. The hotel further enhances this convenience by providing bicycles at no extra charge, making the journey to the centre both enjoyable and effortless. The hotel's amenities include a heated outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, and comprehensive WiFi coverage. The rooms and suites are soundproofed and air-conditioned, featuring large windows, some offering stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Dining at the Embassy & Boston is a highlight, with Restaurant Basilico presenting a culinary journey led by Michelin fork-awarded chefs. Breakfast on the terrace was a daily delight, allowing me to start my day amidst nature's symphony, indulging in various dishes prepared with exceptional skill and care. Despite the challenges faced by hotels in the area over the past few years, particularly in maintaining high standards amid staffing difficulties, the owners and management of Embassy & Boston have demonstrated commendable dedication. Their efforts to ensure guest satisfaction are evident in every aspect of the hotel's operation. It's disheartening to witness some guests respond with prepotence and arrogance, seemingly unaware of the complexities of running a hotel business, especially in these trying times. The empathy and hard work of the hotel's staff and owners in maintaining their high standards amidst market-driven struggles are truly admirable. The hotel's location is an oasis of tranquillity, with restaurants and attractions within a 0.5 km radius. The establishment offers cleanliness, comfortable beds, and professional staff. The range of services, including a business centre, conference facilities, and relaxation treatments, catering to both business and leisure needs. In conclusion, my stay at the Embassy & Boston Hotel was not just a holiday but an experience of tranquillity, culinary excellence, and commendable hospitality amidst the natural beauty of Milano Marittima. The dedication of the hotel's owners and staff in these challenging times is both inspiring and worthy of recognition.

I would like to take 3 minutes because it doesn't deserve more, to tell all the people who find themselves in front of it on the various search engines about the Embassy&Boston hotel, written deliberately in small size given the size of the director. I'll start by telling you that the hotel has remained stuck in the 60s, furnishings in the rooms with no words to describe it, non-existent cleanliness, without going into specifics because otherwise I would write an encyclopedia, the director has implemented a dictatorship that terrorizes all the staff on duty, there are receptionists and waiters with seasonal salaries ranging from 700 euros to a maximum of 1200 euros and they work 65/70 hours a week without days off. The kitchen understood as structure, material and accessories in conditions that are, to say the least, indescribable, pans all rusty, intermittent burners, refrigerators full of rust, inside ovens so encrusted and full of grease that it wasn't even necessary to season the food for cooking given that with the heat was all leaking during cooking, expired goods in the fridge, negative room with raw and short products without any conservation date, so old that the goods had already practically been cooked with temperatures at -20. I strongly advise everyone to avoid, indeed, stay too long away from this hotel and especially its manager for the salvation of your health Thank you.

Tutto più che perfetto, dall’ arrivo alla partenza siamo stati benissimo, ottima colazione molto abbondante e altrettanto ottima cucina, sempre diversificata nelle proposte. Personale gentile e disponibile, camera e bagno sempre di una pulizia impeccabile.

The exterior and reception floor are from a 4 hotel, the rest from a 2 star pension. The rooms are mediocre, the corridors have obsolete and dirty carpeting, the glasses in the pool area bar are made of washable plastic but ruined and sometimes dirty. These are questionable shortcomings but , the most serious thing, the conditions of the swimming pool: cloudy water, absence of chlorine and presence of algae. I take the responsibility of stating that it is not suitable for swimming and poses a health risk... I work in the swimming pool sector and I find such a situation inconceivable.

Hotel di fronte al mare, con piscina ed idromassaggio. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera spaziosa con letto grandi e comodi, silenziosa ed accessoriata perfettamente. Abbiamo passato dei giorni in grande relax in famiglia. Consigliatissimo!

Hotel titolato 4 stelle sup. ma con camere e personale in reception che equivalgono ad un due. Camere con arredi datati e di scarso gusto, molto piccole (nella mia un pezzo di battiscopa era staccato). Un ora e mezza di ritardo sul check-in. Ristorante nella media.
