It was an amazing experience, we loved it. Might be that we came at the very beginning of the season, so they still were under some construction, but as they are super professional- they covered it well :) Special THANK YOU goes to JA Dilan and Ja Deniz. These girls made it so simple and easy, plus spoiled us with a lot of extra attention for our anniversary! Great memories, looking forward to our next stay at this hotel!

I never write reviews but for this hotel I had to show my gratitude. Every single detail/experience was perfect from the start to finish! I have never experienced customer service to such an exceptional standard, it blew us away (a special thanks to Mikhail, Ogulcan and Emre, who went that extra mile to put a smile on our faces). Feel very lucky to experience something like this in our lifetime. The whole resort is absolutely beautiful and the food is something I will always compare to now as in every restaurant the food was the best iv ever had. Thank you again so so much! We will be back next year with family!

Lujo hotel offered an unforgetable experience for me especially with the help of Jülide and also Sabina. Many thanks especially to Jülide as I interacted more with her. I had some crazy demands and she did her best to please me as a guest of Lujo hotel. The views, the food, the design, the smell of the hotel.. everything is an expecience here. Loved it

Havaalanından karşılanmamızla başlayarak, otelde bizi karşılayan JA İslam /JA Khadija ‘nın. özel ilgi alakasıyla ve tüm detaylı bilgilendirmeleriyle , deneyimlediğimiz bu tatil bizim için unutulmazdı. Restaurant’ lardaki tüm lezzetler, ilgi alaka , özellikle iskelede içtiğimiz tüm kokteyller muhteşemdi. Ayrıca tüm çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü … kendimizi Prens ve prenses gibi hissettik 😇 kesinlikle tekrar tekrar gitmek isteyecek olduğumuz bir tesis olarak anılarımızda yer aldınız. Şimdiden bir çok çifte mutlaka gitmeniz gerekiyor diye ilettiğimiz tek otel olduğunu belirtmek isteriz. Özellikle indigo odaları 😇😈

Первый раз отдыхали в Бодруме Очень современный отель Интересный ландшафтный дизайн Современные и большие номера До пляжа нужно спускаться вниз, но благодаря эскалаторам это занимает совсем немного времени Все рестораны работают по меню Самый лучший завтрак обед и ужин в рыбном ресторане . Бронировать столик на ужин нужно заранее( самый большой спрос на рыбный ресторан) Вечером сервис в этом ресторане отличный Но на завтрак персонал задёрганный и не достаточно приветлив Кофе приносили еле тёплый , могли забыть про некоторые нюансы заказа. Также на территории есть кондитерская с очень вкусными конфетами Отличная зона для занятий флай йогой на свежем воздухе Аквагорки простоватые, мягко говоря В целом , всё очень понравилось

This is a very expensive hotel in a lovely quiet area of Turkey yet you would think you were in the heart of Ibiza as pounding mind numbing Euro trash pop blasts out till 1am every single night and sometimes during the day as well. There is literally no escape from this deafening cacophony and god help anyone within earshot, which with the level of the volume must be for miles around. If your after a relaxing holiday then avoid this hotel and it’s neighbours. If you’re into full volume techno trance music that plays the same beat over and over at full volume then it’s definitely one for you.

Добрый день Были в отеле с 3 по 7 июня 2023 года. Отель превзошел все ожидания. Потрясающая природа, великолепные виды, замечательная кухня и персонал. Очень большой детский клуб, со всевозможными мастер классами, много *****************, play station , занимательные опыты - дети в этом отеле будут увлечены на 100%. Особенно хочется отметить работу наших ассистентов Фатимы и Эльмиры, очень отзывчивые, любая просьба решалась тут же, были всегда с нами на связи, проявляли заботу и внимание. Спасибо, вам, девочки.
