Purtroppo le foto sul sito non corrispondono a pieno alla realtà 😳. Il roof garden ad esempio altro non è che un terrazzo condiviso tra più stanze. Sulla Sala fitness stendiamo un velo pietoso. Insonorizzazione migliorabile. Ristorante solo su prenotazione 😳. Paghi il garage in realtà la macchina viene parcheggiata dall’aperto. Però paghi 15€ 😬. Colazione nettamente migliorabile: poca scelta. Uova fredde. Personale che sparisce sia alla hall che alla colazione.

Location good if you want to use the ferry but not near the beach. Hotel service from reception was excellent but other things not so good. Room was fine clean and large. Had a coffee machine but no cups. Couldn't work the shower they came up to show us how and they could work it either. Got there in the end. Breakfast was poor and cold. we were only here 1 night so it worked.

Service is attentive and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Quiet room with comfortable bed. Bathroom was very awkwardly arranged in my room. One had to sit side-saddle on the toilet. It was in a corner between the bidet and a space-wasting cover for the plumbing below the basin. The entrance to the shower was more narrow than any hotel i have ever stayed in. I would add photos of the bathroom, but the ********** app seems to be malfunctioning. Again.

Hotel located near the see. It's not the best view because there was a crane there and a big car ship in front of hotel. It is walking dinstance from nice bars and restaurants where they server very good food. Very friendly staff that gave us directions of locations we could go to. This is a good starting point if you want to visit some of the islands.

Quand on fait étape à Milazzo , on s'attend à trouver un port et ses installations. Alors oubliez les grues et autres structures métalliques et poussez la porte de ce magnifique hôtel, situé à quelques minutes du terminal des bateaux pour les îles éoliennes, avec son hall majestueux, son ascenseur aux parois vitrées, l'utilisation de matériaux élégants et raffinés. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par Mario qui nous a fait bénéficier d'une immense chambre au 2è étage, salle de bains magnifique et parfaitement équipée, terrasse avec vue sur le cap Milazzo. Nous avons regretté de ne passer qu'une nuit dans cet endroit magique. A notre retour, 5 jours plus tard, Simona, très accueillante, nous a rapporté notre voiture et conseillé de belles plages où nous poser (Tindari). Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, mais pensez à les ouvrir une fois à l'intérieur pour profiter pleinement de la beauté qui vous entoure.

Posizione comoda per visitare il centro di Milazzo, il Castello e la spiaggia comunale, con l'automobile si può raggiungere anche Capo Milazzo in pochi minuti. Personale cordiale e disponibile per le informazioni turistiche. Stanza confortevole pulita con terrazzino annesso. Trattandosi di un hotel quattro stelle però devo fare qualche appunto: per correttezza andrebbe specificato che i servizi di parcheggio e transfer dal porto sono a pagamento. Inoltre la nostra camera aveva lo scarico della doccia malfunzionante per cui abbiamo praticamente allagato il bagno, nonostante la segnalazione non ci è stato proposto il cambio camera e il problema non è stato sistemato completamente nel corso del nostro breve soggiorno (2 notti).

Consiglio a tutti questo hotel,bellissimo pulitissimo, colazione ottima e poi la vicinanza agli imbarchi per le isole ed al centro città.Una menzione particolare per il personale alla reception sia il sig.Mario e la ragazza bruna di cui mi sfugge il nome che ci è stata molto di aiuto e disponibilissima .

Extremely convenient for the port and ferries and next door to parking. Our room was lovely although doors on wardrobe didn't shut properly and safe didn't work. Breakfast was a small range but all we needed. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was spacious with a good sized bathroom.

Hotel ineccepibile, silenzioso, curato ed attento , personale disponibile e professionale. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade al check-in molto gradito. La nostra camera suite con terrazzo confortevole. Un soggiorno che spero si trasformi in ritorno.
