We paid 1268 RMB for one night during the May Day holiday, and it felt like staying in a 1980s guesthouse. We came to Mile to boost the local economy, but the Huquan Hotel treated us like suckers, charging exorbitant prices! The bathroom only had a bathtub, so we had to stand in it to shower. The weirdest part was that after coming back from the hot spring pool, the shower water kept fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. My husband even had to take our child back to the big public bath at the hot spring resort to shower again. Huquan Hotel gave us the biggest disappointment of our May Day holiday! To sum it up, their hot springs can't compare to Anning Jinfang, and their water park is no match for Qingyuwan. We won't be coming back! The last three pictures are of a hotel we stayed at the next day, which cost just over 400 RMB a night. It felt like stepping back into modern times.

This was my second visit to Mile, and I chose to stay at Lake Spring Hotel Block E again, mainly for the unlimited access to the mountainside hot springs. Upon arrival, I paid extra to upgrade to a deluxe twin room. The view from the window was lovely, and I enjoyed just relaxing in the room. The hotel service was excellent, as always. Although Block E is a bit further from the Lakeside restaurant, which offers a great breakfast spread, it's conveniently close to the mountainside hot springs. Plus, the front desk provides a free shuttle service on demand, which is really handy. All the necessary in-room amenities are there, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful addition of a floor-standing drying rack on the balcony – no worries about wet clothes after soaking in the hot springs. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel is located right within the scenic area and it's absolutely beautiful. I booked Building E, which is close to the hot springs – just a short walk away. Actually, the other buildings are quite convenient too, as the hotel provides a shuttle service. It definitely pays to visit during the off-season; it felt like I had the hot springs all to myself!

The closet light in my room was broken, and for a family suite, they only provided one tissue box. To top it off, the front desk staff lectured me about scanning a QR code just to get something, which was a terrible experience. While the service seemed enthusiastic, it was completely insincere. I gave them my shoe size, yet they still gave me two pairs that were too small. They promised to help with luggage, but when I checked out, the staff were just chatting among themselves. When I called the front desk after realizing I left something behind, their attitude was perfunctory and cold – even a Hanting Hotel would have better service. The breakfast offered many options, but it was so crowded, noisy, and chaotic, it felt more like a wet market than a hotel restaurant. The hotel's exterior looks fine, but the interior facilities are old and outdated, completely lacking any modern feel. If you're coming specifically for the hot springs, there's absolutely no need to stay here. The prices are ridiculously high, and the service and amenities don't live up to them at all. It's extremely poor value for money; you're just paying for a bad time.

Great hotel! The environment is lovely, and the rooms are clean and tidy. There's a shuttle bus that takes you directly to the hot springs. The swans are absolutely adorable, and the hot springs themselves are excellent with a good variety of different types. The service is also very good and polite.

Highly recommend for families with kids! The service was excellent, and the family room was spacious with beautiful surroundings. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing. Building A, though a bit far, was very convenient with frequent shuttle services, and the breakfast spread was rich and varied. We had a minor issue during our stay, but the duty manager resolved it quickly and even personally apologized.

The overall garden landscape is beautiful and perfect for photos. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful rest. The service was warm, attentive, and prompt, with thoughtful details. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Guests can also enjoy hot springs and leisurely walks, as the facilities are comprehensive. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the value for money is superb. It's an ideal choice for a vacation in Mile. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

The hotel's decor is a bit old-fashioned, but it doesn't feel worn out, and the overall cleanliness is good. The family rooms, in particular, have children's beds with safety rails and tents, which is a great touch. The service is also very friendly, and the breakfast area is pleasant with a good variety of options. The surrounding environment is lovely, perfect for a refreshing and relaxing stroll in the morning or after a meal. Staying at the hotel includes complimentary tickets to the Banshan Hot Springs, which offer a wide range of pools. We arrived after 9 PM, and it wasn't crowded at all. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
