5 star experience. Rooms are spacious and well-designed. Hotel felt very new and clean. Food trucks at night outside the hotel took away any stress on quick dinners.

Outstanding facility. Staff is totally customer service oriented and knowledgeable about the area and recommendations. Facility is super clean! A little bit of heaven away from the craziness of Waikiki! Definitely recommend staying here is you want a clean, well kept place to get away!

I travel alot for work and often stay in hotels for months a time, so when I choose a hotel I look at the location (away from the city) and the ratings. The Residence Inn in Kapolei by far has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at for work. My room was perfect, small kitchen, living room area, large comfy bed, spacious closet and bathroom, shower is large and there are plenty of deep drawers including an in-room safe. I was fortunate to have a balcony that overlooked the courtyard, which I loved watching the sunset over the mountain range every evening after my walk around the neighborhood. This is truly a home away from home. I felt so safe and welcomed here. Enough about me, let's talk about the staff..... I can't think of a better way to be greeted in the morning than by the Breakfast Team here. Tatiana greets you with her high pitched 'Aloha' and gets to know her guests by name, Kaimana will be there to greet you with a very kind heart, and is there to help in any way, Shara and Raynett are full of helpful information and tips about the island. I don't know where the Residence Inn found this team, but they are the best ＜3 Housekeeping: I looked forward to seeing Hana's cheerful smile and flower in her hair. Even when she wasn't cleaning my room, she would see me in the lobby or hallway and greet me like an old friend. Front desk: Be sure to stop by and give Mr Rudy a hug. He goes above and beyond for the guests. He is fantastic. So is Mr. Oliver and Matt. It is their customer service that made me feel like a member of the family, not just another customer. Rainbow is always willing to get those Amazon packages, and whatever else you may need. Tips: - If you want a quiet room, get one over the courtyard. - Breakfast daily is really good, no powered eggs ! Fresh fruit, eggs, scrambled eggs, chicken sausage and pork sausage options. Be sure to try the strawberry apple cider vinegar drink. - The grills are cleaned daily. - The building next to them is actually assisted living, so yes it's quiet. - Get to the pool early to get the sofa or even a chair. - Movie night in the pool is fun for the entire family. - There are cats that roam free around here, be kind to them. They have had a rough life. - There is an apartment complex about 2 blocks away, they have a courtyard that is a beautiful to stroll down. - Grocery store just a few blocks away, so you can walk or drive. - Down the street is Ross, Marshalls, TJ Max, Movie Theater and more. - There is a shopping mall nearby that has farmer's market sometimes and restaurant options. -

Residence Inn Kapolei gave us the privilege to celebrate our ceremony and reception. It was such a beautiful and intimate wedding just as we wished. The staff members are always kind. Big shout out to Paina Mikaele for taking care of us from beginning to end during the planning of this wedding. Everything turned out exactly how we expected. Thank you Residence Inn team for such great hospitality and service all around everytime!

The Roos are nice and roomy but 35 for parking and 10 dollars for a self wash and dry of laundry is ridiculous

The place was not near the ocean like the other Marriott Oahu Kapolei. You might be fooled by the reviews of the other beach front resort. Make sure you double check the name of the hotel. Residence Inn is not near the lagoon. There is not EV charger, breakfast finished at 9 :00 am.

We actually had my sister and brother-in-law’s baby shower in the lounge/bar area. Such a beautiful venue with an amazing staff. The shower was so elegant and comfortable. Paina, Rudy, Nikki, and Shannon were all amazing and made the event memorable. Nikki even created non-alcoholic mom-tails for my sister to enjoy. Would definitely consider having another event here again.

Breakfast is so good with waffle makers and food truck was so convenient. This place is so quiet and easy parking.
