I had a very satisfying experience staying at the Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport this time. The hotel was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. The facilities were complete and convenient. The airport shuttle service was a particularly nice touch, saving a lot of travel time. The standard king room was spacious and quiet, ensuring a high quality of rest. It's highly recommended for both business trips and layovers; the overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I will choose to stay here again next time.

The location is nice and close to the airport and the buffet breakfast was really good.however, the area could be a lot cleaner. My room was pretty dusty and some mold in the bathroom. They need to do a deep clean.

I like Best Western chain stores very much. Every store is very good. I will continue to buy Best Western in the future.

Highly recommended! Hygiene: Meets the standards expected of a well-known chain brand. Environment: Although it's next to the airport, the soundproofing in the room is excellent, so it doesn't affect sleep. Service: The front desk service was very satisfying. First, during check-in, there were only two of us actually staying. A third friend accompanied us to check in and was about to leave. However, the front desk gave my friend an extra Doubletree signature cookie, which brightened everyone's mood that day. Second, when we checked out the next day, we asked the front desk for breakfast recommendations nearby. We followed their suggestion and drove about 10 minutes to the restaurant, which was incredibly impressive! Both the food and the service were fantastic!

Excellent hotel conveniently located near the airport, complete with a shuttle service for added convenience. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. As a bonus, you can earn Bonvoy points during your stay!

It was decent. However, the showering experience in the bathtub room was quite frustrating. The tub wasn't very clean, and the showerhead was fixed, not detachable. On the plus side, the views were great. Breakfast offered fried noodles and youtiao, and they also had Chinese-speaking staff available, making it a good option for Chinese travelers on a short stay. 👍

This hotel stayed for 4 nights, but compared to other Holiday Inns, the service can only be said to be average, the Housekeeping is not timely enough, the front desk service is also average, the breakfast restaurant is still very good, and the order is much better than other mainland simple meals. The location is good. It takes only 30 minutes to drive to Fisherman's Wharf. Parking is difficult in San Francisco. It's good to live here and drive to the city.

Although our stay was short (overnight layover), it was amazing. Shuttle pickup was provided to and from the airport helping us avoid expensive Uber rides and a clear schedule was displayed at the front desk. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and provided us with 2 warm chocolate cookies upon entry which was lovely and so appreciated since we were hungry after long flights. The room was clean and spacious, and there was a 24/hr accessible drink and snack store downstairs. Additionally there was a lovely restaurant and bar in the hotel. We arrived too late to be able to enjoy the menu but we were able to enjoy some refreshing drinks before ending the night. The hotel is only 6 min away from the airport which is an additional plus. I would definitely book here again.

It’s a stopover hotel at SFO which is dated but does the job. Do bring ear plugs as the planes can be loud overhead. There was a complimentary self service breakfast with a small but satisfactory selection. I would stay there again. The shuttle bus is a great because it’s the first one to drop off to and pick up from.

There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport, and a bus to the city center at the door. It costs $2 per person. It is convenient to travel and the environment and facilities are OK. The only problem is that the deposit refund is too slow, and they also charged an extra construction fee.
