The room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and willing to help and answer questions. Location was perfect, as it was close to the mall and shopping.

Overall positive experience, even though I had to change rooms because my 1st floor room’s window would not close all the way. VERY well appointed breakfast thanks to Nicole and Carly! I’m pretty picky about my coffee and theirs was fresh and flavorful, thanks guys!

We stayed here for 2 nights in April. When we arrived our room was clean and a nice room. In the room the bathroom sink did not drain so we used the bar sink to brush our teeth. We left the second day at 10:00 am and told the cleaning people in the hallway we would be gone most of the day so they could clean our room. We returned at 3:00pm and the room was not cleaned. We stayed for an hour and when leaving again I went to the front desk to let them know our room had not been cleaned and we would like it to be. She responded that she didn’t know if anyone was still around to clean it but she would check. She did not check because when my husband called later she said she would check and sighed about it. She put him on hold and then said she found someone who could do it. It was disappointing to me that when I (female) asked nicely nothing happened, but when my husband called it was handled. We usually have great service at these hotels but this was disappointing.

Granted, this is not a five star class hotel experience but across the board, this staff merited five stars. Each front desk person was welcoming and professional. Room was immaculately clean and a special shout out to Nicole who noticed me looking at the teas, asked if I was looking for something in particular, then went back to find it. Really good job all! Lots of breakfast choices plus things like Nutella, peanut butter packets, honey that many provided breakfast chains don’t have. It is a bit hard to find but if you look for Giant Eagle or Sportsman’s, you easily spot it.

First ever review. This was a top notch hotel for me and my kids. We were in the area for splash lagoon. This was easy booking, clean rooms, 24hr laundry, pool open, and wonderful breakfast to top it off. I would stay here again, and again. Thank you
