We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our king room suite. The full sized refrigerator was a huge plus. It did need some attention given to the carpet in the living room area as there are (what looked like) tomato sauce stains and a juice stain. It also needed vacuumed better. The mattress was softer than we are normally used to, but wasn't bad. I think it's the first hotel room I've ever walked into and the a/c was actually on and the room was nice and cool. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, w/o orange juice. Nothing special. My husband said "they use real eggs and not carton or powdered." Being a holiday weekend, they were having trouble keeping up with the supply/demand for breakfast. It is noisy at night until about midnight with cars and motorcycles flying up/down the street. Music across the street is also pretty loud.
I cannot say enough about the front desk staff. Matt was extremely nice when we checked in, and he also came up to the room because we couldn't figure out the bedroom TV.
It's only about a 3-4 minute drive to Presque Isle State Park. All in all I would consider staying here again.

Nice hotel that was about a 5 minute drive to our destination (Erie Insurance Arena). Hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was very good with a variety of options. I was so glad the pool and hot tub were open as I read a couple of reviews that said it was closed most of the time.

Sitting area outside was nice. We stayed in suite right across from the pool; we could hear everything from the pool. Walls were paper thin. Friendly front desk lady. We were given 2 towels, 2 hand towels, and2 wash clothes. Pool was open on Saturday but closed Sunday for maintenance? Lobby area was open and inviting. Breakfast had the normal eggs, waffles, breads, and cereal. No breakfast bacon or sausage. Overall average hotel. Nothing over the top but no issues that were concerning.

We had a great experience! Staff was all very friendly and helpful! Kids loved the experience! Beds were comfy! Best part: free weights in the fitness room! It was one of the main reasons we booked at this hotel!

The evening attendant Amy was great, she helped me to find a good pizza place and was generally nice to work with. The $5 coors light was not entirely cold and the breakfast ended up in the trash for me to go reheat pizza in stead. The morning attendant was a lot less friendly, seeming as though I was a nuisance when asking for a receipt.
Overall the room was clean and comfortable, and in the warmer months would have a nice view.
I spend a night in Erie every few months and this will likely be someplace I stay again.

Good location (close driving distance to Presque Isle Park & right across the street from both Liberty Park, which has a nice sunset view, and the Sloppy Duck Saloon). I also enjoyed the free continental breakfast each morning and the hot tub.

The staff was amazing and friendly, extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. The atmosphere in the lobby was nice and a lot of amenities.
