When we came to check in for our stay, we were notified that they had overbooked. We and multiple families from our baseball team were handled the exact same way. The woman at the front desk said it was not her problem and that she was not going to apologize for something she had no control over. They did hold rooms for us at another hotel 10 minutes further down the road, but did not pay for them and the accommodations were most definitely not equivalent. Poor management and customer service!!
