This is now Gather Inn for the past couple of months. We had stayed here several times when it was the Young House. We consistently have been pleased with the service, cleanliness and breakfasts during each stay. Very reasonably priced. The bed was really comfortable which is such a plus. We also love sitting on the big front porch. Tracy was just fab, offering her assistance whenever needed and accommodating individual preferences for the four of us at breakfast. Happy belated b'day Tracy! Hope you had a good day of fishing! 😀

I can not say enough good things about this place! Not only was the decor adorable, but Erika was so accommodating and great to us. When we told her that we’d be checking out early, she packed us breakfast in to-go bags and left them in the library/ coffee area. She really went above and beyond for us, if you’re going to Baxter State Park I recommended this place very highly! It’s as close to the park as you’re gonna get without staying on the grounds and close to bars and restaurants in town. 10/10 would recommend!
